Positions with the Institute will combine field work (mostly in Africa), and "headquarters" activities associated with building a rapidly growing organization. Field work involves working with leadership teams on policy implementation and related activities. You will also train and develop local coaches so they can provide high-impact consulting support to teams working on 100-day Rapid Results Initiatives. Here is the profile of an ideal candidate:
- A graduate from a top tier Institution of public policy, administration, or development
- At least three years field experience in international development work, preferably hands -
on implementation support in rural or semi-rural areas
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written, with diverse audiences
- Multilingual - fluent in at least three languages
- Innovative, entrepreneurial and eager to learn and discover new ways to create an impact in the field of international development
- Enjoys working in a collegial team environment, but is also able to work autonomously (particularly in the field)
