Michael Wright, JD, CPC is a trained social worker, certified professional coach, and former human rights attorney. He brings 20 years of experience to his work at Rapid Results and has made a career of working with change agents interested in leading from the inside out.
Prior to becoming a coach, Michael led cutting edge social impact projects for the American Psychological Association, Harvard University’s Center for Business and Government, the Shriver Center, and the United Nations. At the UN, he worked on a small team of advisors to the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative on Business and Human Rights creating the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, which received an unprecedented unanimous vote of adoption from the UN Human Rights Council in 2011.
Michael holds a B.A. in Social Work from UMBC, a JD from Rutgers University, and was a postgraduate fellow at Harvard University’s Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative.
