Danny Dworkin

Danny is a partner at Schaffer Consulting. He has collaborated with RRI since 2011. His contributions include coaching teams through 100-day projects and developing learning experiences for Rapid Results coaches.

Daniel facilitated Rapid Results launch sessions for the 100,000 Homes Campaign which housed 105,000 chronically homeless individuals in four years. He also trained senior leaders from the World Bank to improve their capabilities as Rapid Results coaches. His first engagement with RRI was in creating learning tools for Social Accountability International to develop team leaders in Brazil as part of our Worker Engagement initiative.

Danny has blogged for the Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, and The Huffington Post. He holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU, MS in Bilingual Elementary Education from City College of New York, and BA in Political Science from University of Michigan.
