Elizabeth is a public sector transformation professional with over twelve years experience. Since October 2005, she has coached over sixty government institutions at the national and sub-national level across the three arms of government to progressively realize efficient, effective, ethical, and inclusive public service delivery. These transformation initiatives are anchored on realization of the national socio-economic and political development blue print including both Kenya Vision 2030 and the Constitution of Kenya in 2010.
Through the rapid results initiatives she coached, the results realized include: (i) improved access to public services (immunization, malaria nets and treatment, seeds, fertilizer, water, probation, and after care services); (ii) reduced service delivery times (issuance of national registration documents, company registration, and documents); and (iii) integrity promotion and corruption reduction (evidenced in reduced revenue seepage and improved customer satisfaction).
Elizabeth and her family live in Nairobi, Kenya. She is a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University with a B.A Business Administration (honors) and an MSc International Business Management. She also holds an MSc Public Policy and Management from the University of London.
