Emma Taya Darch
Taya joined the Rapid Results Institute in 2012. Taya has been involved in the Institute’s partnership with Social Accountability International, supporting the TenSquared Worker Engagement Program in Brazil. She is now leading the implementation of the venture in Turkey.
Additionally, she is involved in the Institute’s partnership with Nesta in the UK - supporting local health economies to provide integrated health and social services to the elderly across England. In Namibia, Taya provided support to the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Regional and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development and the Ministry of Home Affairs as they conducted RRIs aimed at accelerating the pace of implementing their Performance Management System.
Taya currently lives in Cape Town, South Africa. She has a Master of Public Administration degree in International Policy and Non Profit Management from New York University and prior to that received her LLB Law from the University of Cape Town. Taya is a South African and British national and speaks English, Portuguese, French, Afrikaans, and Swahili.
