Kristin Oberdorf 

Kristin has been a member of the Institute team since January of 2012. As a Rapid Results Catalyst, she has contributed to facilitation, team coaching, project design, and materials development on projects in Nepal, Brazil, Sudan, and across the United States. These projects cover a range of focus areas, including early childhood nutrition, factory worker health and safety, education policy implementation, and housing and homelessness.

Kristin is a Returned Peace Corps volunteer who served in Benin from 2008-2010. She graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University with a dual BA in international relations and social policy, and received her M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She currently lives in her hometown of Chicago.
