Bob Neiman has been an advisor to the Rapid Results Institute at key turning points in its development, providing key assistance at the start up, initiating fund raising, re-thinking the organization, and mapping out growth planning.
Bob is one of the founding partners of Schaffer Consulting. During his 42-year tenure at the firm, he led work in process industries, utilities, manufacturing and financial corporations and in non-profit work in health care, education, the environment, and government.
He earned an engineering degree with University Honors at the University of Illinois and an MBA with Distinction at the Harvard Business School. He has published several articles on goal setting and the management of change and a book entitled Execution Plain and Simple.
While he is retired from Schaffer Consulting, he continues to consult with nonprofit organizations in Connecticut, and to provide guidance, counsel, and support to the Rapid Results Institute.
